Maru is committed to high quality and customer happiness, offering a return policy if you are not totally pleased with your online purchase .We will be happy to provide a replacement( based on availability as many designs are one of a kind) or credit note for a returned item. If you received a defective product and would like to replace it, please  contact us via email to within 3 days of receiving your purchase .Along with  indication of intention to initiate the return process please include a photograph of the item with original packaging in the condition you received it. A returned purchase must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned using a traceable shipping method. All exchange shipping costs are the customers responsibility,shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If a product is returned as a result of our error or manufacturing defect we will pay the return shipping costs.

- Returned items (excluding earrings which cannot be returned due to health regulations and commissioned made to order designs) must be without wear and in its original condition packed in the original packaging, including proof of purchase (packing slip from your delivery or your PayPal receipt). 

- All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back to us via DHL or traceable post service. Shipping & insurance charges and  importation taxes if incurred will be deducted from any returns.

When the returned items have been received by us in their original condition, we will then send you an approval with details of the refund. We can only refund into the same account that was used for the original purchase. 

Once the item has arrived in the country of destination, we claim no responsibility for any lost or stolen goods, duty or taxes incurred however we will assist in any claims made.
