Maru only accepts replacement of goods. If you received a defective product and would like to replace it, you may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received.
You must contact us first in (provide phone number and email) to initiate the exchange process before returns are to be mailed back. If your return has been approved expect a exchanged product within 4 weeks of giving your item to the return courier. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.¨
¨All exchange shipping costs are borne to you. Products that have been altered, damaged, or resized will not be accepted for exchange. All products must be returned new, unworn condition, in its original packaging, and will be checked for quality. All items must be returned using a track able shipping method.¨
¨If a product is returned as a result of our error or manufacturing defect we will pay the return shipping costs.¨
